I interviewed with the team like a month ago, the recruiter called me the next day and told me that congrats, everyone likes me and told that they were working on my official offer. 3 weeks later, nothing. During 2016, I was selected for wipro as a fresher undergone training, but I did not clear the training exams, so wipro terminated me.During tht time I created NSR profile, after tht I joined another MNC as fresher. I never mentioned wipro exp as previous exp anywhere. Now recently I got a offer frm wipro. here also I did not tell that I was earlier termined by wipro.If wipro asks me to provide NSR details during my joining, does NSR have my previous exp in their db?
