I completed interview in IBM few months ago I got selected even offer also generated but they are not ready to give atleast 20% hike so I didn't accept their offer in that time.but today I attended the interview for ibm and they are ready to process my profile. I attended with different mailbut HR asked you are having two profile in the ibm portal and she will move with the mail which am currently using.My doubt is while during BGV screening will they know I have attended interview eariler

Deloitte USI is offering me 15LPA fixed and 1lack joining bonus and HCL offering me 23LPA fixed. I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company.
