I have two offers: one from CitiusTech, where I am familiar with the client and the project (oracle integration cloud), and another from Deloitte, where I’ve been hired for the bench but they’ve assured me that allocation will start from the day I join. The package for both is the same.

I have 3.5 years of experience, and my tech stack includes .NET and Angular.
In citiustech my stack will be changed from .net to oracle integrationcloud

Could you suggest which one I should join?

Received an offer for non- tech CCM role and wondering if I should accept. I feel like I was lowballed and downleved despite having 6 YOE (relevant but not in tech). Not sure it will be beneficial to leave my current role for this offer to get my foot in the door.

So, I'm looking at Provider Network Coordinator roles, because I'm finding some of those roles don't need AS MUCH experience. I'm a RHIT, and have been working in healthcare for nearly 10 years.

I see for many people the designation has changed but for me it's not. I was under the impression that the promotion happens after the mid year discussion or after the year end discussion.
