I'm facing an ethical dilemma.
I have received job offers from Wipro and Genpact at approximately 32 LPA each. Additionally, I have an offer from LTI for 36 LPA with ongoing discussions for a potential increase to around 40 LPA.
I'm unsure whether to inform Wipro and Genpact that I won't be joining them. I doubt they'll increase their offers beyond 35 LPA in any case or Should I wait until the end of August to give them the bad news?

A friend was told their firm will cut ties EOY if certain things don’t improve. Let’s say you did pretty good at interview, and the company (Google) is willing to give you an offer, but team lead at the end of interview asks you about GPA or experience on your resume, etc. Like in reality you got GPA 2.0, but u told them your GPA is 3.5 Would you take a risk and lie?
