2 if our expectations is don't match, then what kind of benefits can we ask for?

3 @If there is overlapping work, should we ask for more compensation? If yes, should we request additional compensation for the overlapping hours, or should we add it directly to the initial compensation?

T3 firm reached out re: direct admit to the partnership with some runway to grow the practice. I am at a firm now where there aren’t bright line metrics to make PPMD, but think I could make it in 2-5 years.
