I have been finding a number of providers that are in-network (UHC) but the surgery centers are out of network and I was told that I have to use in-network. Has anyone else encountered this problem? I'm not seeing how much use the benefit is when the most expensive part is out of network.

The company has this rule where we have to check customers' IDs if they are buying anything age-restricted (alcohol, etc.) I hate it because customers get super mad at me and one of them told me "if you think I'm too young then you're stupid and don't deserve to have a job."
