Hi folks, I am based in UK and my business Schengen (short term <90 days) visa got rejected 3 times, despite me having 5 Schengen and good travel history (3rd world national as they say). Does anyone have suggestions if there could be any alternative ways to get a visa or work permit for EU apart from moving to EU?

If I’m fully vaccinated, where would be a good place to travel and work from right now? I was looking into Hawaii but you still have to pay for a $90 test apparently.

If my company is deducting tax on reimbursements for example relocation, flight travel, mobile usage, etc. Then how to show in tax filing? bcoz as per my understanding it should not be taxable as I am using my money and company is refunding and no extra income. I have significant equity in a property (300k+) and maybe another 200k across other properties. I have a decent amount of money in cash and already 200k or so in stocks. Would you consider pulling money through cash out refi and using it? I get nervous for stocks being so high. I have a few properties in pipeline already. How would you suggest using it (if at all).

My boyfriend and I make 200K combined and live in NJ. We have $1000 in monthly car payments combined. That’s all we owe. Our credit scores are in the 800s. We have 50K to put down on a home. We have done the math and I know we can afford much more but he doesn’t want to buy more than a 400K home. I’m almost positive we can afford 500K and be more than ok.
