Hi folks , I got an internal movement from a BPO process into Analytics and here I have received multiple client recognitions and Bi-annual award . Now I am also the part of training team within less than 1.5 years of joining this new team . I received EE ratings every month and exceptional amount of annual bonus as compared to my teammates . I am planning to take another IJP into Data science after getting promoted to the next level . But I am not sure how my manager will react .

If before 31st July I am putting down papers my Notice period woud be of one months right and not 3 months since my probation ends after 31st.

As per offer letter it's mentioned in probation notice period is of 30 days.
