I have attended ExxonMobil interview for dot net developer

First round online test i have given on June 5 and they came and said like i cleared my first round and schedulimg my second on June 24

Second round went positively but I don't know They will come and the result and move for next round

Does any one attended interview with this company?

I was just informed after the third round of interviews they’d like at least 5 references, two must be supervisors. My last job was a temporary remote job where I didn’t really interact with my supervisor and the jobs before that were at my family’s business (I do not speak to any of them for serious personal reasons.) Anything before that was grad school and I haven’t kept in contact with any professors from over five years ago. What should I do? 😕

Recently I had interview with oracle oci and it went well but haven't heard back from HR , how long does it take to update the interview status. My interview completed last week Tuesday.

So I finished my 3rd interview with a company and the TA specialist said they loved me but can’t meet me at my bottom line salary, however, I said I can negotiate and she said she’s going to speak with the decision makers and see if they’re okay with that. What does this mean? This is for a marketing specialist role. I’m asking for $70K bottom line

Adding this because I find this type of information helpful. Went through the interview process with Meta. They moved quick. Recruiter, hiring manager, and full loop all in a two week period. It's important - I got data analyst offer in Designboxed. But i am in doubt because.
1.Interviewer didn't ask any technical questions. I had only one interview.
2. Evening itself I got call that i was selected and ready to discuss salary.
3. Last year it was under IT raid because of pro particular political party

I had interviewed with PwC India for Business Analyst role at Pune location, my both Manager round and Client round went well. However I have still not received any call/ offer from HR. I did call the HR she told me that they have not heard back from the Client.
Any idea how much time does the HR can take if they want to give offer.

I resigned Today from my current employer for a different offer.

I discussed with my lead , he said if you really want to leave then prepare a good reason and leave on good terms, management will try to give lucrative offers so that you stay.


What are some safe resignation reasons to give so that
they cannot counter it and it looks genuine and safe as well.
I do not want to say that I am leaving because I am getting another offer.

One of the best pieces of advice I received is to avoid micro-managing executive staff (agency leadership), as it puts downward and unwelcome pressure on people’s managers and ultimately oneself. Hi Group, seems like it should be basic format, but I just can not get it to work. a list of data and want to alternate shade (blue,white,blue,etc) each line but if I have multiple lines I want to group together and they all shade the same. I want to group by the same data in column A, and the number of rows that are the same could vary. So let’s say row 1& 2 same entry in column A(blue) row 3 different (white) row 4,5,6 same as each other different to other rows (blue) etc… help 🙏
