I work for a mid-size Logistics and Supply Chain company in Corporate Strategy. Last week I resigned from my role and was asked to extend my 1 month notice period to 2-3, which I refused. Today I got this email from management asking me to compile, update all the work that I have been doing during my tenure of 4 years. I've been given a task list of over 60 items. I've been told that my resignation will be processed based on this. It is almost impossible for me to do this. What do I do?

I'm a cashier. We just got a new manager, and she's making things really hard for us. She starts work at 4:30am and leaves around 2:30pm, but she still expects us to stay until 6pm and work on the weekends! She gives us really long shifts and doesn't give us much time for breaks. I know if you are a US citizen you pay taxes where you are globally, but if you are British, then you only pay income tax on UK income - so if you live more than half the year abroad you are classed as non-domicile resident, but wanted to hear if anyone’s done this or heard about it?

Any tax accountants/attorneys in here? What would happen to the 401k of a foreign worker if they cannot longer maintain an immigration status and have to go back home? What about a ROTH 401k? Assuming they made after-tax contributions, would they still be able to take tax-free distributions if they are non-resident aliens for tax purposes?
