My husband just received a job offer on an opportunity he is really excited about. It would be great for his career and they are giving the 15% jump in base he asked for, however they won’t share what the target bonus amount would be. It’s an executive director position, so I would assume it’s a decent target bonus, but without that in writing it could honestly be a gift basket at the end of the year. Thoughts on leaving PA primarily due to the metrics based culture (utilization, dtc, use of X digital tool, revenue, margin, etc). I currently work as an APM at a FAANG company but recently received an offer to join an MBB. I’m very excited about the role but didn’t realize I’d need to take a pay cut when I applied (~100k base + ~20k bonus + ~60k equity vs. 90k base + 10-20k bonus). Considering that I currently work 40-60 hours/week, I’ll be making significantly less per hour at the MBB. So I got a story just wanted to share, I'm not sure how to handle the situation. A colleague who joined with me (yrs exp - 1 yr) have been given a manager supporting role (she helps manager and TL with some stuff). We are a team of 60, so she is given the responsibility of taking care of some projects despite her experience. Now she is introducing unnecessary processes to the project which will waste everyone's time and believe me it's not process improvement at all.

For one of friend in TCS; client is asking to give online MCQ exam; why it is so? He is not sure about cutoff marks or technical chapters neither his manager!! What will happen if he unable to meet the expectation of the client?

2. TEKsystems - Remote, Senior Engineer | 31 LPA Fixed

(I am based out of Kolkata)

Honestly I don't know much about Teksystems, other than what I've read in Glassdoor. I liked their interview process though.

Please factor in job security as well in your suggestions.
