I recently had a baby, and I’ve been finding it very hard to manage my responsibilities with the baby, my wife, and travel all at once. I have Monday-Friday travelling project. Since I’m also pushing for an M promotion this year, I’m worried that not taking on key projects or sitting on the bench might impact the decision.

Can anyone with experience help me out? How did you handle a similar situation, and do you have any advice on how I can tackle this?

I am working on a project to built OKR and KPI software for performance prediction. The tool that helps companies track KPIs and predicts business performance using these KPIs. This does two things for the business 1) creates visibility around performance individuals, departments and business as a whole and 2) enables businesses to predict outcomes for the next month, quarter etc.

I am interested in is knowing, a) if companies track KPIs and how do they do it b) (to be continued in comment)

I will resign in coming few days. I want my notice period to be reduced from 60 day to say 30days. I am not occupied in client project currently. My question is to whom should I talk to get my notice period reduced? What is the process?

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)

I’ve been struggling with finding the right antidepressant. I started a few months ago but had really bad side effects and stopped (headaches, lethargy, nausea, inability to concentrate). The withdrawal is just as bad. I’ve noticed that I made mistakes when my mind was in a haze and just can’t seem to work. I think I need to find an antidepressant that works for me but I’m nervous it’s going to make work that much harder. Do I tell someone at my firm? If so, how?
