I got selected with Capgemini in an unknown position interview.
HR called me and discussed about the ECTC, I was not aware with position and all so I asked for 30%.
But when I received the offer letter and saw my position in company I searched for average package, company offers to there employees.
My ECTC is low by 40% from that average package 😔.
Now when I asked about the same HR she is behaving like she is offering this package from her pocket.

What should I do?

Has anyone left big 4 or other PA firms tax transaction service groups for industry (or know of anyone)? What was the role and salary bump, how are annual bonuses/raises in industry, what is a typical work week (hours) like? I don’t think I can take this always on just to stay afloat life much longer. For context I am considered a high performer, am near the top of the salary band at my level and have a great supporting network at Deloitte. It’s just not worth it to have zero personal life.

Hello, after doing some research I believe I’m being underpaid. About 4 months ago HR did a market analysis for my role. They bumped my salary for about $2k. I’m a mid-level Executive assistant with 6 years of experience and currently supporting 5 executives at a fortune 50 company. One C level and 4 Vice Presidents. I’m currently making $61,000 with bonus included. Based on my research I should at least be making $71,400. I have a check in with my boss tomorrow and I am asking for a raise.
