This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Looking for some honest advice. Considering an offer with SocGen B’lore for Specialist Software Engineer position with 5.5 years exp and into Tech service management. Could you please tell me a bit about following points?
- 25% of the compensation(5Lakhs) is Variable. Does company even pay 60% of it at the end of the year if you perform say 4/5 rating?

Hi Folks, I submitted documents 2 weeks ago for BGV in Tech Mahindra. I have not got any response so far from HR. However, last week they scheduled another interview and dropped me email just before 15 mins, yet i joined the interview but no one joined from their end. Now, HR is not responding. In TechM most of the projects still working on WFH. As long as we r billable and in project, there is Job security. For the past 2 quarters, TechM financial results are downwards so there is pressure from Top mangt to increase profits obviously with new projects as well as cost cutting in existing operations.
Rising Star
TechM generally follows 2 months bench period and they put resource in bench. Employee get multiple opportunities based on requirements for that skill and experience. After bench period, they ask employee to leave in very short period. As long as employee is billable, there will be no issue and they pay 100% variable every month.
I joined Tech M two months back and I'm still figuring out answers for the questions you asked.
