Hi Guys, I got an offer from Intel for DV role. Here is the salary break-up.

Base : 16.5 LPA

JB : 4 Lakhs (paid in 2 installments)

Cash component (instead of RSUs) : 9 lakhs (paid once annually for 3 years)

Variable : around 50k rupees(3% of base)

Quarterly Bonus: around 1 lakh

Yoe: 2.5 years in DV (Bachelors)

current CTC: 14 LPA + 12k USD RSU's

company: Microchip

Is it worth the shift to Intel with this low-ball offer ?
