I have 4 years of experience in SEO with a package of 6 LPA. I've been at my current company for 1.5 years but didn't receive an increment this year.

This is my 5th company. I worked at two companies for 3 months each and two for a year each. Now, I've stayed longer at my current role.

WordPress: 9/10
Off-page SEO: 7/10
GA4: 5/10
Search Console: 8/10
Ahrefs: 7/10

Is my salary justified? Should I stay or switch? Please help!

3 YOE in Marketing through internships in college, followed by 2 years Financial Operations/Data Tools full-time. I got an offer for $75K at TekSystems for a Market Analyst role. I gave them a range of $70-75K, so they gave the max. But I am questioning asking for a bit more given insurance is apparently on the higher-end and I want to ensure I didn't low-ball myself.

Just to note, this is about a 25% increase compared to what I am currently making.

My husband just received a job offer on an opportunity he is really excited about. It would be great for his career and they are giving the 15% jump in base he asked for, however they won’t share what the target bonus amount would be. It’s an executive director position, so I would assume it’s a decent target bonus, but without that in writing it could honestly be a gift basket at the end of the year. Is it a red flag for them to not share this? His total comp could be less at this new job…

Is negotiating offers the norm now? I’ve been at my company awhile and at the time I was hired they said they don’t do negotiations, take it or leave it and they’d offer the next person.
