Current salary :
Base : 26 LPA
Bonus : 3 LPA
Stocks: 5 LPA

Final offer from Google after slight negotiations:

Base: 57 LPA
Bonus: 8.55 LPA (15% of Base)
Stocks: 1,01,000 $ for 4 years
Joining bonus: 10 Lacs

I feel its good and going to accept. Please let me know if I overlooked something else Note: getting L5 level in Google based on experience and interviews.

Sharing my experience with Deloitte USI interview and offer negotiation. I gave Deloitte interview 2 months ago. After managerial round I did multiple follow ups and Deloitte didn’t bother to reply. I moved on and got another offer. After 1 month Deloitte came back and asked for documents and didn’t show up for another 1 month. Today HR called and asked my expectations. I have 23.5 in hand so I asked for 26 which she said out of budget. Then I asked 23.5 fixed atleast. Contd… in comments

In the HR discussion, we both agreed on 30L CTC (10% Variable) and 1L joining bonus. But later after 2-3 days when they need to release the offer, HR is saying they got the approval for 28L CTC(10% variable) and 2L joining bonus.

Should I take that offer and look for other options or straight forward reject the offer and then look for other options?

Also, according to this behaviour of the HR, is it good behaviour?

IBM HR mentioned I can negotiate further once I share HCL offer letter which I am yet to receive.
