Hi guys, I have offer from Optum Global Solution and Deloitte USI for Lead Engineer role, both at Hyderabad location.
Deloitte 33 fixed + 3 LPA variable + 75K joining bonus + 25K for mobile + 25K wellbeing benefits.
Optum 35 fixed + 20% variable (no joining bonus).
Kindly suggest which is better to join considering WLB, Learning, Growth, office culture, etc?
Optum has good WLB.
I revoked resignation because of this even if I had couple of offers from WITCH companies.
And only 10 days WFO is cherry on top

Mine sits in US and no one is in my work location

Both companies are good but it ultimately depends on the team and project you will be part of.
Optum has good tech stack, so learning would be good. Growth would be slow as with Deloitte. WLB/stability may be better in Optum since you would be working with different clients in Deloitte. There is nothing great about work culture at Optum though.
You may choose Optum for higher pay/stability/healthcare domain

Do they give good variable in Optum? Based on reviews in another bowl Deloitte seems to pay 90-100% variable for avg rating. And the variable pay goes above 100% incase the rating is above average.
What is the case with Optum for Avg rating, and above average rating?
Org multiplier from past 2 years has been 0.65 & 0.75 resp. Manager multiplier can be 0 to 2
