And how much can I expect as my income(salary) as fresher with these skills.

What do you think about Retention Bonuses? Is it a good or a bad thing? Love to hear your thoughts on this.

Hi Friends, I had HR discussion on last week Wednesday, primarily on salary part for GCB5 in HSBC. HR told that they will update in this week, but I am yet to hear back from them. Usually how much time do the HR takes to update. TIA

Assuming that I'm okay with a salary of 70K and more, and that I really don't want to work at a law firm. Is it going to be difficult for me to return to law with two years of experience and one year working in a legal adjacent role.

Any insight on Brewer (either office, generally curious about the firm). I assume comp after year 1 is discretionary, rather than lock-step, given the size of the firm. They did not have a detailed discussion regarding the compensation .
But they told i will be getting link for uploading documents and then hr would be discussing for compensation.

I work as an AGM in a busy restaurant. Been working there for just over a year, and haven't had a single raise. I now only make 0.50 cents more than even the lowest paid shift lead but I am doing a lot more work. I'm no longer satisfied with these conditions.
