I have a therapist that I see twice a month and it has helped me to some extent. I feel like I’m in a general plateau. I work as a Business Development Manager at a sports club.. I’ve been given a couple of months “trial” in the 6 figure and above sales in which I don’t see going back to my other role on lower sales. This was a somewhat good move for me until I consider missing out on commission each month that was more than my salary. (£25k salary, over £2k per month commission)

I felt this is a desirable ask but we didn't have enough budget to accomodate. Now we are going back to drawing board to reshuffle the budget for next FY, what would be an apt scale for someone with the profile above?
