Hi guys, new joiner in the London office, here. I moved to the UK to take this job- and as such, don't have a home office setup. As a result, my back and neck are suffering daily. I know Deloitte supported home office setups but that was stopped earlier this year - is there any way to get Deloitte to help me set up an office anymore?

Started at a big firm in July with high hopes- in the career path I wanted and I would be joining with other new grads.
After onboarding, it’s as if my team forgets about us every day. The training is non existent, there doesn’t seem to be any initiative to invest in new hires, my manager scolds me for not knowing enough yet gives no direction. So wanna run something by you all. Looking at insurance plans. There are 4 plans that allow an HSA. 3 of the 4 are identical.
500 firm contribution to HSA = ~21/ pay period. Add that to lowest HSA premium plan. It still comes out lower than the out 3 plans. So what am I missing?

If I need to wait two years to make consultant at D I would just stay at Accenture and apply to a consultant role once I qualify.

I am in Canada, Band 8 in IBM consulting and received an offer for Senior Manager in Deloitte Advisory at 145K base plus 10k signon. How do you rate this offer?

I’m doing second round interviews with Deloitte but also interviewing with three other companies. If I get an offer from Deloitte, how long can I put off making a decision in order to finish the interview process with the other companies? Is this generally frowned upon?
