One of my friends is interviewing with Deutsche bank for the role automation test engineer. How much can he expect from them in the offer. They have still not asked him about his expectation and his current ctc is 2200000 including 8% variable. Any idea guys??

Or how much should he quote. FYI his exp is 10 years.

I have been approached with an opportunity at JP Morgan Chase for their private client advisor role. The book is about 30M all in. I am currently an experienced hybrid asset manager wholesaler and have experience in advising as well. Curious about the opportunity with JPM and if it’s worth it. I currently make about 160k and if JPM would give me a high draw for the first 3 years to build, and if it’s feasible to sustain that 160+ there.

In weekend checked out VTP Peagusus project in Kharadi possession 2025. My final round of technical Interview was over in Deloitte USI and it was with team members. I think HR will connect with me for package as per team members.
Role : Consultant (Manual tester)
YOE : 5.6 yrs
Current package: 5.03lpa( this will get hike letter)
How can I expect from Deloitte because even for freshers they are offering more, so for 5.6 yrs how much can I expect?
