Any idea on how to contact Capgemini HR for your offer ? I cleared the technical round, had sent them my documents and completed AMCAT test 2 days back. When I was following up on the status the HR with whom I had my salary discussion asked me to contact 2 other HRs. I only have their mail IDs . Now I am clueless about how to proceed . Is it normal for a big4 to take over two months in the interview process? Since end of January I've had five interviews w team members, including with the partner who leads the practice I'd be joining. Still no word. I've gotten nothing but positive feedback with the in-house recruiter I'm working with. Is this normal? I'd love to work for this firm and don't want to be annoying :)

How do I figure out spending with my SO? Initially I was paying for 90% of stuff (no actual bills, just going out). I talked to her and said we need to be more even. She was never proactive. She kind of got offended but we ended on a good note to split things. It went well for a couple weeks but now it's back to normal. She never takes out her card and only venmos me if I send her the request. She lets Venmos sit for weeks before paying them. I still let a lot of things slide.

Higher offers at 27-28 with more fixed pay is from contract and hire/fire type companies. Mostly indirect hiring instead of direct employment with the final employer, means higher pay with lower jon security - we get little more pay, companies get the option to let go with ease later!
