Does anyone know about offer letter release process from Amex for database engineer role. I was in contact with recruiter till i cleared 2 rounds and now some other HR emailed for documents. Its been 2 days since i have shared the docs and no call to discuss salary yet. Is it like they directly present an offer with there standards hikes.? How much would they offer.? My currnt ctc is 32 with 10yoe.
I dont know yet wht band they have interviewed me for.

I have submitted the documents for LTI..before an formal HR call one lady HR called me and ask for expected CTC..i have one offer in hand and i demand 20% of that offer as fixed..she asked me to negotiate and so i went for 20% of offer as total CTC instead of fixed..she simply said OK thats it..and call ended..will I get positive note from them....?

Does LTI gives offer for 2 months notice period?

What should I say? I got an offer from one company for 18 LPA (fixed) + 2 LPA (variable). After one week, I got another offer for 21 LPA fixed from a small UK based company.

Now the first recruiter messaged me on whatsapp to ask if I got another offer. What should I say to her? I have just 20 days left in my notice period.
