I was a java developer but here in this company i am doing backend configurations with of no use.
I really want to shift back to java development please suggest will that be possible.
Total exp- 2years java developer +2.5 in current company

For those of you who are SHRM CP certified. Can you please advise if the SHRM learning system is worth it? Are there other effective learning tools that are less expensive ?

I don't know if this is a recent change but I’m seeing postings for junior copywriter/community manager roles. Have these roles always been attached or posted at a junior level?
