Hey! I completed this certification last year, and while you get to learn a lot, not sure if it’s really appreciated by the hiring markets in India yet - I am yet to see any benefits of it in that regard.

ESG Strategy Consultant here, this doesn’t add a lot of value for Strategy Consultants. It’s targeted more towards investment managers at financial institutions and M&A advisors who want to learn how to incorporate ESG into their decisions and advice. If you’re in Strategy or Risk, GARP SCR is better value for your time.
I’m with KPMG. My usual client engagements are developing climate strategy and GHG emissions reduction roadmaps for clients in different industries. I also do qualitative and quantitative climate risk assessments which would ultimately feed into TCFD reports, sustainability reports, annual reports and executive decisions around investment strategy and product strategy.
