Accenture - interviewing for Asset Management - Consultant. Coming from industry, made it onto ‘Skills Interview’ website makes it out to be an in-depth resume review. Any additional info on the process. Also, any tips moving forward in interview process, especially given industry - consulting transition. Thanks!
JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.

I work at a small school network and closely with the ops teams at schools. It's a lot this year for them - setting up online rosters for testing (state tests, assessments, etc), creating guidelines for hybrid and in person schooling, planning for updated report cards, among other things. It's very administrative in that you have to write out a lot of things but very impactful work.
Feel free to dm me but happy to answer qs in this thread
It doesn't hurt to have a specific target, but it's much more important to have growth-related goals, like students to grow by x% yoy. I have no idea how a new school would define its goals though.
I would suggest getting a clear picture and understanding of what your responsibilities are going to be though. Defining those type of exam/assessment goals are not what ops teams should be doing, given your lack of background and experience in education. It should be the academic team setting those goals. I would be super concerned if ops at any school was doing that.
Instead you would probably help something like enrollment. Say your school's enrollment is projected 100 kids lower for next SY, so you help look at where the drop is and then coordinate with your family/outreach/development team to plan a marketing plan of some sort to get more kids aware and hopefully applying to your school. That's something I saw the ops team drive, with my help (I work on our data team). Hope that helps!
I'm currently reading about charter school best practices and typical challenges for first year schools but feel like I'm not getting any real life examples. It's not the highest paying job but is a non profit that I think I would enjoy working for. really hopeful I land the offer. TIA
That's really cool! Unfortunately I don't have the knowledge to be helpful, but good luck!
