I am being interviewed for P6 backend engineer role in Atlassian. I am hearing a lot of negative feedback about work culture in Atlassian. I agree there is PIP culture and bottom 10% are laid off.
Few questions I have:
1. Is it really that bad at even P6 level?
2. What are the expectations from P6 engineer, love to know few examples of work that is actually expected like designing solution, coding, coaching team etc?

Is capgemini worth joining? Please share light on work culture, job security, projects and other benifits.

I recently completed my MBA from a good institute and am currently a CFA L2 candidate. I have approx 2.5 yrs of workex and am interested in roles like FP&A, Financial Modelling, portfolio/risk management, valuations, or fixed income. Would appreciate a referral for an IB or Management Consultancy.

I know that feedback culture is part and parcel of consulting, and I feel it is contributing to my anxiety and depression. At the same time, i enjoy the problem solving aspects and don’t want to do a career change.
Anyone having the same problem? What have you done to help yourself cope with the culture?
