Hi I am getting random tax deduction since last year (3.6lpa then) because my ex created my income tax account I believe. Now that my salary will be 11lpa, I have no idea how much more will be deducted. What can I do to check this or possibly save more? My salary will be from a Canada based company and they said they have yet to setup the legal entity in India. Please guide 🙏

3 attorney firm. I’ve been here for 6 years and have used Westlaw exclusively. Now we are switching to Lexis because apparently Westlaw is too expensive. I hate change. I know where everything is on Westlaw and now I need to relearn. Apparently Westlaw will not budge on price and would rather just see a client leave than work with them. Super annoying. I have a question regarding taxation of joining bonus.

I recieved a joining bonus of 1 lakh from my previous employer in last fiscal year which was taxed.
I resigned from the organisation before completing 1 year... Which will be deducted from my last month salary.
