I am not satisfied with the offered CTC is it okay to again try to look out for best offer or should i serve minimum 1 year or any particular time period in accenture and again try starting looking out for it?

Thermo Fisher for Data Engineer in AWS and Python and Ameriprise as Lead Developer for Informatica Powercenter. Ameriprise is offering 50k more in my monthly salary than Thermo Fisher. A lot of people working with BCG linkedin designations as Director, and a lot of BCG jobs in Linkedin as well.
