I am planning to join Telstra in a couple of days, and need some input on the overall culture. work timing and how many days are work from home,

what are the leaves available?

Do they have NPS(national pension scheme) as part of tax deduction, so that, we can save tax on 10% of base salary?

Any other input on Telstra will be highly appreciated.
