I am wondering if anyone can assit me. I am a chef with over 20 years experience. I currently live in the west indies. I have been applying for UK skilled Visa jobs. I have completed over 100 applications that state they do skilled visa sponsorship for the UK.

Has anyone else had this problem? and any advice of where I could look? I will be based in the West Midlands if I am sucessfull.

Hi folks, my base location as per EY GDS offer letter is Noida but I want it to be Gurgaon as my hometown is in Jaipur and Gurgaon is more convenient for me.. I sent email to my senior manager and got response that you can use flexibility and work in any Gds office in India. However, I feel that in case my base location is not being changed, I should shift to Noida rather than Gurgaon as there might be any formalities or facilities which we need to avail in our base location only.. Any thoughts?

I had quite the day the other day. Coustmer comes in and then ends up leaving with a grossed out look on his face just for him to put in a complaint about my appearance...he down right called me some nasty things for no reason. Still feeling gross about it. He was upset for no reason as far as I'm concerned.

I work as an AGM in a busy restaurant. Been working there for just over a year, and haven't had a single raise. I now only make 0.50 cents more than even the lowest paid shift lead but I am doing a lot more work. I'm no longer satisfied with these conditions. Should I try to negotiate a raise or look for other opportunities?
