Hi I am working at Coforge ltd. I am 32 weeks pregnant and I informed my manager about it and the concerned people. Now my manager has released me from the project after knowing about my maternity leave without any prior information and asking to find a new project.They released me at the start of December and didn't care to inform me. I am going on maternity leave in the mid of February and the bench period is 2 months. I raised the issue to HR for the same and didn't get any proper response.

Question about inclusion…. I’ve been teaching inclusion for 5 years so I’m still a newb, but a first year coworker of mine said she got points off on her observation because her kids were scattered in the classroom and she was having to move from kid to kid to assist. While I see the point of putting them together for convenience, I don’t agree with this at all! To me this is like singling them out by putting them all together instead of INCLUDED amongst peers. One of my Black students was recently involved in a biased incident with another student in which he received racist social media messages and racist spoken words from the other student.
