Hi, i did a very big mistake and wanted to know your suggestion. I was interviewed around a month back for a position in TM and was rejected. But last week i got another call for TM and I informed them that i didn't get interviewed earlier. Now I am selected and HR sent me the list of docs needed and a form. In that form there is a field that have you applied prior to 6 months. Should I say yes and loose my chance now or can I say no. If i say no is it risky.

After a final interview, how many days after can I expect an answer from the recruiter?

At the end of the interview, the person told me I passed the interview and they were going to talk to the Director who’s a level under them. It’s a yes for them and they’re happy to work with me.

I also sent my references. I don’t know when I can expect an reply. Recruiters from that company aren’t really organised

I’m interviewing for a newly created position, Assistant Director of Communications & Outreach in my organization’s DEI office. This is the first interview they have requested after reviewing my writing sample. They didn’t say who specifically I would be interviewing with, but said “members of the DEI staff”, and it will be virtual.

I just started with a company as an HR Generalist. Within the 3 weeks of being there, my boss’s boss left, and today I found out my boss gave notice. HR is not valued at the company and it’s disheartening to know I was hired into a mess.
