I am currently an EH&S/AP associate for Walmart Supple Chain. I am a team lead in the department making $31.35 an hour working Fri-Sun from 5:30-17:30 (12hr). I am interviewing for EH&S/AP manager and I am searching for how much the managers are making on here but I can’t find any post about it. I recently interviewed with Natwest and I got confirmation that they wanted to offer a role. Salary negotiations were started. However, now I got an email from the hiring manager that hiring for my role has been paused due to the ongoing cost of living crisis. He expects to resume the hiring for the role in Q1 '23 and would resume the process then. So is it the end? Honestly, I don't expect him to come back. But what do you think?

Three Months back, I gave interview for Infy and got selected after that I got one offer from another company with very good pay so, I have to tell infy that I will not be joining. The same thing happened for me in 2018, Initially I gave Interview for infy got offer from them after that I joined in TCS. If I reject the offer now, will they black mark my profile by not allowing me to join in future. Also, what I can tell them for offer rejection. Thanks.

I gave the final round interview Of audit analyst in Deloitte someone will tell how I will know. am i selected or not. Or how many days i have to wait for any kind of mail by HR?

I went through a pretty rigorous interview process for a marketing project manager but ultimately wasn't given job. Though most of the feedback was positive, the other candidate had more direct experience with the job responsibilities (digital assets, social media, etc.) My job/company dabbles in digital but it's primarily traditional media. I need advice from younger 🐠 who are closer to my son’s age than I am. He’s finishing up his 1st year in college and he’s gained the Freshman 15+. He plays a college sport, so he’s getting some activity, but with classes a hybrid of in-person and online, he’s not as active as usual and I think he’s enjoying unlimited food on his dining plan. I’ve heard jokes about the Freshman 15, but not seen how this plays out. Is this common? Do most people lose it when they adjust to college?

Any parents who are still on the safe side with Covid? We have a 1 year old and being safe and staying mostly home is really getting to me. Most of our friends have kids who are able to mask up or are vaccinated and it’s getting quite isolating. Especially now mask mandates are being lifted feeling like we can’t go anywhere without risking our kid.

My third week on a project and I just... know it’s not for me. I’m miserable, overwhelmed, and feel really destined for failure. This is a huge project with super high visibility and I just don’t want to do it. Seriously considering taking a leave of absence.

Growing up was rough. On my 8th birthday my dad had an accident that led to this death a few days later. He was a good man who took care of us all (I had 3 siblings now 2; lost 1 few years ago). I'm in a good place in life right now I only find myself in the last 5years shedding a tear once a while when I'm alone.
