I got two offers , one with Infosys and another with TCS.

Both Same package. TCS will have 10k extra salary monthly .

TCS client is standard chartered bank and 5 days WFO.

Infosys is Hybrid working model. Now I am preferring better work life balance. Which one to choose??

At what point does the value of a degree fall off? I'm in my early 30s, and have five years of experience, and work on a very theoretically interesting project. I believe I'm on track to promotion in the next year. So, I could put in a year of full time school to check the box off, but I'd be sacrificing hobbies and social life (not to mention cost). Is this FOMO or is there real opportunity here?
