Hi I have 3+ experience in Data Analytics domain majorly using Alteryx and minior SQl have recently switched from EY and having 12+ CTC. I have done Data Science and Ml certicficatiom before starting my carrier now I feel I got stuck somewhere in Data processing and tool like Alteryx only Any suggestions How can I switch my carrier in Data Science and Ml. I am not a kind of person who give false information in resume or talk about false past experience what I never done.

For startup founders/people with a successful side project: How did you get the idea/inspiration for your business? I’m currently working at a Series B startup and my end goal has always been to found my own startup, but I graduated from college 2.5 years ago and I still have not had any great ideas cross my mind. I do spend a fair amount of time brainstorming. I don’t want to continue working here forever, but I’m struggling to generate that “this is it” idea to build a company for. Any advice?

I've emailed BI onboarding twice, called my recruiter asking if they are ok with background/employment verification check and I've not gotten a response.
