I have 6.4yrs of experience in salesforce development and currently looking for new opportunities. I have got few offers from companies.
Can someone please help me in finding out which one to choose, i am more focusing on the work life balance and job security but with a bit of compensation growth as well.
The offers i have are from below companies Accenture, TCS, Caelius Consulting, (Concur IP)Questel, Cognizant

Received an offer for a Product Manager role from a midsized financial services company for $120k base + 15% bonus. Currently making $130k + 15% bonus in consulting with 4 yoe. Is this a good offer? Should I ask for more base or signing bonus? Or is this pretty fair? Very inexperienced in salary negotiations.

I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

Need help reg TCS BGC process.
Now I have only 2 days to accept the offer, not yet accepted.
My queries are 1) my 1st exp original services letter is not found ( lost somewhere), have scanned copy , I have supporting doc like form no 16 , full and final settlement , salary slip
2) i don't have a relieving letter from one of the org as they only provided an exp letter, in the same company.

(3rd year. Salary=80k and no performance incentive. I brought in $1.4mm AFTER partners claimed over half of fees on my big cases.)
I see CJL offers an incentive+ base but I’m curious about that structure.

Considering an offer to go from firm (4 YOE) to become a privacy/product counsel for a tech company (non-faang).
