I have a offer from infosys of 12 CTC. I also passed another interview and we talked about 14 CTC. The 2nd company HR says that they'll give me details of compensation on mail (pre-offer) and once I confirm then they'll give offer letter and I WILL have to accept it on the same day.
2nd company is small scale. Should I use this to revaluate my offer at infosys? What things should I present to infosys as I have no offer letter in hand? Should I join Infosys or 2nd company?
PS job role is same
