Additional Posts in Offer Negotiations
Hi Sharks, I am asked to sign the offer letter. It's kind of an agreement between me and the company for accepting the offer and compensation numbers. Of course It doesn't have statments like I have to join the company on signing this. My question is that 1. If I get a better offer can I go and ask them to revise the offer? 2. Can I decide not to join the company? Will there be any legal consequences? Have you ever been asked to sign the offer? Boeing Tata Consultancy Wipro Capgemini Cognizant

How's the job market now? Any better???
I have 6 YOE in. Net+Angular and got an offer from Legato Health Technologies with 20 LPA Fixed, i joined Infor just 11 months ago with 12LPA Fixed and i will get the hike in August. If i resign now i will not get hike and i am a critical resource in the project, i guess Infor might try to retain me by matching offer. What should i do? Should i resign ASAP and not negotiate with Infor . I have all these doubts because Infor is a product based company.

How much they gave?
Depends on the team. Management change is done, now the products are changing to SaaS solutions so a little hectic for some teams otherwise a very stable and employee friendly company.
Thanks for the reply
Yes , you can join Blueyonder , as the management changed before 2 years , now everything sorted out and it’s cool
Thanks
I joined recently and since all the changes there is a pressure on everyone to deliver very fast. I'm finding it very busy. But perhaps it'll settle in the long run.
Are they pay out variable fully?
