Hi, I have cleared all my technical rounds in EY India for the Position of Oracle Consultant, had the HR round as well, but it’s been around 2 weeks now, the HR is yet to release the official offer letter.
Is this a usual time taken or I feel they are taking longer than expected.
Can anybody please suggest on the same..

Received an offer from EY 21 fixed + 3.5 variable+ 1 JB.. as variable % is little higher do we really get this amount in yearly payout if so how much amount we get from variable ?

I am working in EY LLP as consultant 1 and joined in June 2021 I got an offer in Dubai protiviti should I wait to get bonus and then leave or should I leave and how much bonus can I expect .

The same usual bonus for EY India folks. Doesn't at all add up to the chest thumping we do as a practice during the town halls.
On top of this remote working ki naam pe bijli ka bill 10k per mahina aa rha hain. And the tech salaries pumping inflation in the economy. The same place which was available for a 35k is quoting 50k. I wish atleast the hike is inflation beating :/
