Hi, I have cleared technical round in one company and they are asking for bank statement. Is it safe to share? Why exactly are they asking for that? Anybody with such experience please shared some thoughts.

Does Globant terminates the employment of certain trainees after their probation(3 Months) based on their performance in the training period? Some of the fresher trainees were laid off this morning without giving a notice or reason.

We were told that the probation period is a training period & not an elimination one. It was shocking as a few of those trainees were actually good.

Cognizant is worst when it comes to tech hiring. They randomly call up people if they want to take an interview, and never give u call/mail whether an interview have been scheduled. Never tell you what time the interview is gonna be or how it's gonna be. And suddenly one day when u are taking a afternoon nap, the interview panel will call u on ur cell.
