Hi I have given interview for Infosys on 23rd October, within 3 days they have asked to send PAN card, passport photo and one employment form. After one week I got call from one of the HR that I have been selected and will offer this much and offer letter will be released in 2 weeks. Till now I didn't get anything from Infosys. No one from the HR called me. Infosys career site shows my status as review in progress. Tried to contact Infosys through infyrecfeedback but always a generic response

What sort of questions are asked in an interview for Senior Analyst(Data science role) I have an econ background. And experience in analytics not in data science.

Has anyone had any experience with Water Street Partners for lateral recruiting? Reached out to me cold with a few ideas and I’ve had two follow up emails and a call with an MD at reputable banks, but it all seems very sketchy. For instance an “HR Specialist” reached out to me to set up a call, but when I look her up on LinkedIn she’s a IB VP. The MD I spoke to named a few other people he was going to have reach out, but haven’t heard from either of them. Just doesn’t feel like a normal process

I'm currently in a process for senior associate at a Big4. The process began on July, yet between the first and second interview it took like 3-4 weeks. And between the 2nd and 3rd like 7 weeks. I sent an email to HR during those weeks asking for an update and didn't have an answer. Then it a 3rd one was scheduled three times (the manager didn't connect to the first 2) and next week I have the last interview with 1 partner. Is the timing normal? Or were they looking for other candidates or what?

Not looking for the narrative arc of How I Built This or Masters of Scale. Instead, looking to uncover specific problems faced by companies that tried something new for the first time. What did they not see coming, how did they adapt and measure, etc.
