Hi, I have one friend who recently joined Deloitte USI as Salesforce Consultant-Apex Developer with DF&O service line. After joining he got to know DF&O is mainly for support projects. But, he want to work in Development Projects.Is there any way to tranfer his service line to DC or please suggest me some way so that he can get into a Development project. Also, it's been 3 weeks he did not get in any Project.But,he got 2 calls from support projects and 1 he has declined. Can he be fired for this?

I gave my various rounds of interview in Deloitte USI 2 months ago, and since then till last Friday it was showing " interview in progress" on their job portal, HR said earlier that we are interviewing other candidates. I got an offer from Amazon last week and asked Deloitte recruiter to speed up the process, i didn't get any reply on my email but now it's showing " review in progress" on the job portal.
