I have recently completed all rounds of interview for SDE-1 position at flipkart and have submitted all the documents for BGV. But I have not received my offer letter.

It's been 2 weeks but the HR daily says the same thing that 'you will recieve the offer letter in 1-2 days'.

What shall I do because I know a few people have got their offer letter but I am the only one who is left.

Moreover can someone pls tell me what is actually happening, does flipkart has internal team matching.

Licensed in LA, moving to IL, Employment Agreement is with the US sub (DE) of a foreign company (Canada), where both the sub and parent are fully remote companies with 0 physical offices. Two questions: 1) Am I required by IL or DE to apply for a limited in-house license? 2) Has anyone heard of similar situations where the atty got popped for UPL? I’m in tech transactions and would not go to court in this role or represent the company outside of contract negotiations.

I recently got a GM role at a mid sized transportation company overseeing P&L ($30-35 million) for a dozen markets.

I didnt have any P&L responsibility before. Do you guys recommend doing alot of 1:1 with a mentor or taking a particular self taught course where I can brush up my skills?

I also want to teach college level online but have a hard time either finding a position available or applying.
