I jave applied for a role at Kyndryl and my application is shown as under review from the last 10 days. I received an auto generated no reply workday email with only recruiters name. But no email id or any contact info is available.

Nobody has contacted me and I don't have any other contact to rech out regarding my application whichbis still under review from their end

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

Also the expectation is to know Java but during the interview process , there was no discussion of Java or any questions asked. Although the team has asked me to invest some time in learning Java but I’m skeptical about all of this as the position is Data Engineer II so not sure how the expectations will change. Even if I invest time in learning Java I can be at a beginner level.
