I Just Cleared all the round for TCS interview. Interview gone very well. I am waiting for the call. My current CTC is 5.51 LPA and also get shift allowance of 7k extra. And so my current pay slip i get 45.5k after all deduction. This will be my first switch. YOE-3.1 My question is how much i can negotiate for this TCS Offer with HR. I am expecting at list 9 though i will start by telling 10 to 12. Tata Consultancy #Tableau Developer

Actually, I gave Interview for BackEnd Developer @ Itilite. I was selected in the interview process (2 Tech DSA Based + HR) and got a mail stating that our interview panel is really impressed with your domain related expertise in order to proceed with offer negotiation please submit your documents. Now after 2-3 days of document submission, they came up by saying they cant move forward with my candidature.

I am still amazed how can they do this after asking my documents.
