I Just Cleared all the round for TCS interview. Interview gone very well. I am waiting for the call. My current CTC is 5.51 LPA and also get shift allowance of 7k extra. And so my current pay slip i get 45.5k after all deduction. This will be my first switch. YOE-3.1 My question is how much i can negotiate for this TCS Offer with HR.
