Hi, I just want to receive some interview tips for my interview tomorrow. It's been 3yrs since I last worked in retail as a sales associate, and I have an interview for a seasonal sales associate position at a mall near my place. I really want to get this job because my current job is an hour away from my place (+ it's fast food, which is not really what I see myself being successful in). Only problem is that I have social anxiety during interviews, and I mentally block out all the time.

Have to do a strategy assignment as part of hiring process - how much work is expected here? I'm approaching it like I'd approach a briefing for a creative team so a long thought out inspiring explanation of insight and strategy. Is that about what's expected?

I had final round interviews last week for the company I really want to work for. I recently had an interview with BNY for an Analyst role located in DE. The interview went well and I was informed by the recruiter that the team was interested. They asked if I was willing to relocate immediately, and I told him that my decision would be best made if I see an offer. After 2 years of a pandemic and working independently for many years, I am not feeling interviews AT ALL. There are points in the interview where I want to just say "Look! Either hire me or don't".

How can I get over this feeling? I'm over the whole "stand in the line of fire to prove how good I am" bs. Any recommendations for getting over this or possible industries to pivot into to avoid bs interview processes and ghosting?

What can you do if you’re getting interviewed by the same person who didn’t choose you in the first place?
Context: I applied for a position a while back and got interviewed, but didn’t go to the next round. I found the same position open again a month later at a different location and applied. Almost immediately, I was called for an interview, but with the same interviewer. What does this mean? Is this going to get awkward?
