Hi... I recently gave an Interview with TCS and cleared TR, MR then the HR has asked me to upload the required documents. And Initially the HR has offered me 11.5lpa and later I was asked to come down with proposed CTC as it is very tough to proceed.

Can anyone suggest me what I can do?

I manage Youtube channels and do all strategy, planning, talent management, rework content for socials, reporting, graphic design, + a bunch of other stuff. Do you think I should be something like Video Content Manager? A Strategist maybe? My company doesn't have career pathing & I think they'd be happy to keep giving me more work with the same pay. My dilemma… I am an injury adjuster at a carrier experiencing high inventory that’s barely manageable. A competitor offered a higher salary and manageable workload. BUT, I would like to get into underwriting. I applied for UW position w/ a different carrier and they’ve made an offer. It’s lower than my current salary and significantly lower than what I’d make by taking the first offer.
