Tata Consultancy Infosys Cognizant Wipro I have completed all the technical and HR rounds and salary discussion, documents submission also done. But all of sudden got mail from hr saying that my profile is kept on hold. Any possibility that I will receive offer letter or it will be in hold forever? Meantime can I attend interview for other positions in hcl?
Do we get complete variable pay in HCL?
Hi All, Today I've resigned and my LOD is 2 Sept. Can anyone please let me know for these 90 days salary would be credited only after FnF. Or June'22 salary will be credited as usual, however, July and September salary would be credited during FnF. Please confirm or suggest.

Hi All, My Junior has decided to put paper, as she wanted to pursue Cdac course from Sept-22. She just informed that she signed a bond of 2 years and currently she has completed 1.7 years in HCL. What should she do now? Results is on 10-aug and she decided to put paper on that day itself (Earlier she told the same to Sr. manager) Kindly suggest if any action would be taken by HCL OR No experience letter would be shared with her. Even if they give you in writing that they will give you so and so things (for ex X% hike) ....they may or may not give you those things later on . Just leave.
Issues happen when DU or LOB changes
Bro I have been in this situation in feb 2022. HR does not add the whole amount instantly, they give in form of project allowances monthly, and next year add to CTC one by 1. Take that in written over email, and also ask what happens if my project changes or DU changes. I went ahead with retention, but I lost 45k in this process of adding to CTC, as he told that project allowance will be added to CTC in next year July when appraisal happens. But appraisal didn't happen in July it happened in oct, so I lost 15k monthly amount for 3 months. When I asked, hr told that they are going as per commitment what was discussed and appraisal delaying is not in their hand. So ask everything to HR and ask time to think, don't agree instantly. I am in the same situation. If they start to provide a committed hike in ctc all amount will be fixed or will it also get added in variable ?
